Nana Judy had us over for dinner the weekend before Christmas so we could open presents with just us.  The kids were especially excited about their sleeping bags!

Christmas Tree Farm

The kids loved picking out their tree this year and Na Na and Grandpa got to come with us!

Halloween

We had lots of fun this year, especially since Louis, Uncle Bob and Aunt Steph came over to trick or treat with us! Braden was Batman, Ashlyn was Catwoman (really, more like just a cat!) and Peyton was Rapunzel. The kids also enjoyed their last Trunk or Treat at Good Shepherd.

Fall!

We love Fall and everything that comes with it.  We get a ton of leaves and it is at least a weekly activity for a while to blow the leaves off the yard and collect them in the bins.  The kids love when Greg gets them with the leaf blower and of course they also love to jump in the leaves.

Our newest activity

Braden started doing this and I thought it was just him taking after his organized father, but now Ashlyn does as well.  They LOVE to line things up.  Books, puzzle pieces, cars, you name it.
 

Getting Crafty

The kids love to collect leaves and we go on many a nature walk.  I saw an idea online to make these trees and doing this plus drawing pumpkins afterwards took up about 40 minutes!  This is a long time for Ashlyn and Braden to be doing one thing so I hope that means they had fun!

Daddy Love

This is usually me (which you will never see since I'm the only one who takes pictures!).  Daddy got to read Ashlyn and Braden books before nap time.  They are crazy about their Daddy!

Here we go again

With Peyton at this age it was the Vaseline. Silly Mommy left her bedroom door open and Brady found the hand cream. At least this just ended up on his fingers and nose.

Silly Faces!

We went with our friends to Rombach's again.  Hard to believe this is the 5th Halloween we have had kids.  It was pretty chilly so we took a pretty quick lap around, the kids went on the train ride and a few of the kids went on the pony rides.  Then we went to Fox and the Hound for dinner.  I love that the kids all get along so well.  We are lucky to have some great friends.
