Well, Peyton has been pulling up but it's always been when we put her right next to something or if she can easily move to get to the table/sofa etc. The past couple of days we've noticed that when we're not right next to her she can manage to get to things by herself. Tonight she pulled up in her crib for the first time when we weren't in there. She was talking away and when I went in to check on her, there she was looking at me! You could tell she thought she was big stuff (look at that grin).
Later, she was sitting and playing by herself in the fam room while Greg & I were cleaning up and we decided to hide in the hallway and watch her play. She went to the coffee table, which was about a foot away, pulled up and walked a few steps to the end of it. We knew she wanted to get to her activity table but thought for sure she would fall since it is about a foot away from the coffee table. But, she managed to get a hand on it and walk over to play! I tried to reinact it for the video camera but of course she wouldn't perform. I'm glad Greg put all the baby-proofing things up this weekend! This and the fact that we packed away all of her clothes she's outgrown so far today is kind of bittersweet. I'm glad she's progressing but I still sometimes miss my little baby.

It is definately bittersweet as they grow and become "little people"! She's such as doll, no wonder Drew likes her!! I am sure you've heard the events of our weekend :(
